My Hello Kitty is now arriving at the lawn at the end of the Peony Garden. There is aother traditional Chinese pagoda behind a very green lawn. However, the most attratctive scene to me is of course the numerous pigeons running happily around the lawn.
Not only are there pigeons wandering on the lawn, there are also numerous pigeons resting on the roof of a nearby building.
One particular pigeon which attracts me most is the one with sparkling greenish feather on its neck. See how friendly we can be (even between a cat and a pigeon) that I can take a close-up photo of my new friend. Me~~ow!! 
After leaving the lawn and on my way to take a boat trip in West Lake (Xi Hu), I meet a security guard. As a friendly ambassador, I manage to make friends with him and take a photograph of him. See how he can posture himself smartly like a professional model !!

It's nice to swing around the trees and I am fond of playing like that . Do you know what the trees in the distance are called ? They are willow trees with very long branches and leaves dragging onto the surface of the pool and they are very common in HangZhou and SuZhou.
As I jump onto another tree, I notice that there is a building concealed behind the willow trees. What a surprise! Do you know what this building is used for? Well, have some wild guess and I'll tell you next time. Hehe....
I then go through an avenue of trees which are quite densely grown and it shelters most of the sunlight, creating a cool breeze within this cave of trees.
After going out from the cave of trees, I come into a very open grassland with a chinese style villa house at the distance. The grassland looks particularly open after the previous tunnel and cave feeling. It is so open that I starts to yell loudly !! me~~ow!!
Two strange looking creatures pop into my sightline as I yell. They are two peacocks which are scared by me and they are trying to run away. The more I chase after them, the faster they run so I cannot take a photo of their front view. Well, birds are afraid of cats, you know, so I need to give up.
As I chase after the peacocks, I run into the Peony Garden and the Peony Pagoda. Can you see the pagoda higher up behind the bamboo fence?
If you cannot see it clearly in the last photo, let's have a closer look at the Peony Pagoda. It is an octagonal pavilion where you may appreciate the ethereal color and celestial fragrance of peonies and drink in the beauty of the picturesque scenery. Howevr, I do not visit this place at the right time of the year and so I cannot see the peony blossom. What a pity!!
