It's fortunate that I had brought my iPod classic with me so I can spend these 2 hours listening to the songs of my favorite Chinese male artist, Mr. Jacky Cheung. Have you heard of this artist before and listened to his works?

- pork dumpling with soup (Siu Lung Bao),
- barbarcue pork bun (Char Siu Bao),
- shrimp dumpling (Har Gau),
- shrimp & pork dumpling (Shu Mai)

This is another view of the airport where you can see two Cathay planes. Last time when I went to Malaysia, I chose Cathay Pacific airlines.
I stay in this cafe to have my breakfast before departure. The food here is really yummy!
Sushi is my favorite food, of course and the price here is really good! (from HKD7 or USD1 up)
Another recipe I am fond of is congee and I ordered fish slice congee which is very hot and delicious.
Hong Kong Airport has some spectacular views. This photo was taken by me so I was not present in the photo.
The skylights also create beautiful effects into the building and I enjoy watching them.
I usually arrive two hours before the departure time so I also like sitting at the purple lounge (purple is my favorite color!) and enjoying the magnificent sunlight from the very tall glass wall.
I also had time to go to the upper floor where I can have a clearer view of the interior architecture of the building. The structure of the building creates beautiful space within.
