1. Break off the Legs
The body is the last part to get cold, so you should start with legs and claws. Rip off one leg, bite off the two sides, put it between your lips and then suck out the meat. To eat the claw, you can either use a hammar or your teeth (if you have strong teeth like me) Teeth, hands and spitting are all allowed when it comes to eating crab. Do not be embarrased - just do it ! Me~~ow!! 
Now comes the best part - the body. Eat female in autumn and when the weather is colder, eat the male. The female has lots of eggs, and the male has them as well and also some creamy stuff which is the best part. Look at the belly, there is a small movable flap at the posterior of the carapace (the apron). Lift it up and get rid of it.
Next, you should be able to see the edge of the shell. Lift that up and rip it off. Now you can see lots of orange eggs inside the shell. Put some sauce in the shell. Use your chopsticks to dig the egg out of the corner of the shell,but be careful with the black stuff, and the piece of meat in the middle, which is its stomach - you do not want to eat that. 
After you are finished with the shell, it is time to eat the body. First you need to get rid of the white stuff on the two sides. those are the lungs. 
After cleansed those, rip the body in half longitudinally. Now, all you need to do is to eat the egg and the meat. Do not forget to dip it in the sauce and sip some yellow wine. Once again, teeth, hands and spitting are all allowed. Enjoy!!

Nevertheless, as I climb higher, the white birds fly even higher. This is already the best close-up I can get of them. 
Actually, I stay still on the old tree for over 15 minutes to wait for all five birds to rest on the same branch and looking at different directions!! One of them is even pictured as almost headless!! You see how patient I can be when I wait for some real good opportunity!! 
Just like the father and son, I am also amazed by this sight together with the reflections of the willow trees. However, although I am a cat, I am not thinking about eating them. According to Chinese traditional culture, red carps bring good health and fortune, but they are not raised for food. 
See how large is the school of fish when they spread out under the willow trees by the side of the lake.
I also like to join the locals and see the scenery from the local's angle. I try to keep in a queue together with the locals to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Red Carp Lake.
However, I also like to jump on trees and look at a higher angle. 
When I arrive there, something else got my attention when I look up the sky!! Amazing scene!!! Me~~ow!! 
See what I get here, lovely local children going on excursions!! Luckily, I manage to take a photograph of them together with their reflections in the lovely and peaceful pool. Ho~~, I start to recall my childhood days!
Suddenly, a glimpse of a white statute in the midle of the pool catch my attention and I rush towards it.
However, when I arrive there, something else divert my attention and I climb over the fence to see what it is. Can you see what is inside my red highlighted square? Please give a wild guess and see if you can get the right answer. 
As my usual habit, I climb up a tree to have a clearer view of the villa.
I am amazed to see that diffrent picturesque effects can be obtained while focusing on the same villa. This is the Chinese traditional way of landscape design - "borrowing views" from close and distant objects.
It's nice to swing around the trees and I am fond of playing like that . Do you know what the trees in the distance are called ? They are willow trees with very long branches and leaves dragging onto the surface of the pool and they are very common in HangZhou and SuZhou.
As I jump onto another tree, I notice that there is a building concealed behind the willow trees. What a surprise! Do you know what this building is used for? Well, have some wild guess and I'll tell you next time. Hehe....
