This Hello Kitty bracelet is a special collector item produced by NOW in Hong Kong to commemorate the Hello Kitty Black Wonder Exhibition held in Hong Kong in August 2008.
It is packed in a special bag with the logo "Hello Kitty Black Wonder". According to my recent search, this bracelet is not available for sale even in eBay.
The bracelet has two pendants of the faces of Dear Daniel and Hello Kitty (Black Wonder version) . 
Here is the close-up of the pendants. Can you see that this Hello Kitty has a tear dropping from her left eye? If you want to know why, please leave a comment and I will elaborate further in my future posting.
