It's the "Mickeys Hollywood Christmas" parade cart. Please note that Mickey and Minnie are diving down on a plane.
"Alice in Wonderland" is one of my favorite themes, with Alice sitting on a colorful mushroom, greeting all the audience on her way.
See how beautiful is the parade cart, with all sorts of large, colorful insects and flowers!! I've not seen any butterfly as cute as this one!
